Data Deletion Instructions for Facebook Users

If you have signed up for lokfluence.ai using Facebook login and wish to delete your personal data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Important: Data deletion requests are processed manually to ensure complete removal of your information from our systems.

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to our support team at support@lokfluence.ai with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".

Step 2: Provide Required Information

In your email, please include:

The email address associated with your Facebook account
Your full name as it appears on Facebook
Confirmation that you want to delete all data associated with your account
Any additional information that helps us identify your account

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed from our systems.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

Your profile information imported from Facebook
Account details and login credentials
Any campaigns, applications, or messages associated with your account
Payment information and transaction history
All personal data stored in our database

Note: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use lokfluence.ai again.

Alternative: Delete via Facebook Settings

You can also remove lokfluence.ai's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook:

Go to your Facebook Settings
Navigate to Apps and Websites
Find lokfluence.ai in the list
Click Remove to revoke access

Note that removing access via Facebook does not automatically delete data already stored on our platform. To delete your lokfluence.ai data, please follow the steps above.
