By accessing and using lokfluence.ai ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lokfluence.ai regarding your use of our platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Platform Description

lokfluence.ai is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that connects content creators (influencers) with brands for campaign collaborations, primarily serving the Indian market. The platform provides tools for campaign management, creator discovery, secure payments, messaging, and performance analytics.

User Accounts

To use lokfluence.ai, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Creator Terms

As a creator on lokfluence.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your social media presence and audience
• Fulfil campaign deliverables as agreed with brands within specified timelines
• Disclose paid partnerships in accordance with applicable advertising regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent activity such as buying followers or inflating engagement

Brand Terms

As a brand on lokfluence.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate company information and campaign briefs
• Pay campaign amounts promptly as agreed
• Review and approve or request revisions to creator deliverables within reasonable timelines
• Not misuse creator content beyond agreed usage rights

Payments and Fees

All payments on the platform are processed through Razorpay. Campaign funds are held in escrow and released to creators upon deliverable approval. Platform fees apply to completed campaigns. Minimum campaign budget is ₹1,000. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By posting content on the platform, creators grant lokfluence.ai a limited license to display that content for platform operations. Brands receive usage rights to campaign content as specified in campaign agreements.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to bypass platform security measures
• Spam or harass other users
• Conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
